Blackowl provides an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that enables users to research stocks using natural language queries, screen stocks based on various criteria, manage watchlists, and connect to third-party brokerage accounts for portfolio tracking.

Our Services may include access to real-time and historical market data, AI-generated insights, technical and fundamental analysis tools, and integration with supported brokerage partners.

Users may access trading and portfolio features through provisioned credentials and must respect all applicable rate limits and OAuth authentication methods. Violations of API usage policies may result in immediate termination of access.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Services or APIs, except as permitted by applicable law.

Our Services may include subscription fees, transaction fees, or data-feed charges as described on our pricing page. All fees are billed in USD and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or as otherwise specified.

Fees charged by third-party brokerages are separate from our fees and are governed by your agreements with those brokerages.

All AI-generated insights, analyses, and recommendations on Blackowl are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for investment decisions.

You agree not to:

• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any illegal trading activities
• Tamper with, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platform or systems
• Access broker systems in unauthorized ways or violate broker terms of service
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access controls

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACKOWL LABS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blackowl Labs LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
